Dear Parent/Carer
Our official uniform suppliers “Termtex” will be in school to provide uniform on
Saturday 4th July 2020 11:00am-5:00pm
Please carefully read the arrangements detailed below, it is important we divide the day into allocated time slots to ensure we are adhering to social distancing guidelines and maintaining a safe and effective environment for all involved. There will be clear signage and instructions on your arrival at Campus Whitehaven.
We would ask that you arrange to purchase your child’s new school uniform at the allocated time dependant on the year group they will move into in September.
Year 7 11:00am – 1:00pm
Year 8 and Year 9 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Year 10 and Year 11 3:00pm – 5:00pm
We understand families have children in several year groups and in that case, you will be able to purchase all your children’s uniform in one visit.
There will unfortunately on the day be no provision for students to try uniform on however the company will happily take postal returns, I would also add that the staff are very experienced and competent at gauging the appropriate size of your child; they have sold our uniform for many years.
