Former Sixth Form Student Wins Business Award

This week, our former Sixth Form student, Anezka Feckova was presented with a prestigious award from Lamont Pridmore accountants. 

The Lamont Pridmore Business Student of the Year award recognises excellence in the field of business or economic studies among the students here at St Benedict’s.

Mr Charlton, Head of Computer Science praised Anezka’s attitude to her studies. He said: 

“Anezka has been chosen for this award because of her commitment and dedication to her Business course.  She is extremely hard working and achieved some really good examination scores for her marketing controlled assessment and her personal and finance examination.” 

“She also produced two high quality portfolios for her other two units of work leading to an overall, final grade of a Distinction * (A*).  These portfolios were well written; presented with care and showed a clear, well-developed understanding of the world of business. ”

“Anezka was a well like student with her peers and by staff that had the pleasure to teach her”.

The award was presented by Stuart Edgar, Managing Director of Lamont Pridmore.
